Ingredients
Scale
Potstickers
- 8 potstickers (store-bought or homemade)
Noodles and Vegetables
- 4 cups cooked noodles (your choice of type)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
Sauces and Oils
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
Garnish
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the Sesame Oil and Cook Potstickers: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the potstickers and cook them for about 3–4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Using the same skillet, add a little more sesame oil if needed. Add the minced ginger and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry the vegetables for 5–7 minutes until they are tender yet still vibrant in color.
- Add Noodles and Soy Sauce: Once the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together to combine well. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes to heat through evenly.
- Combine Potstickers with Noodles and Vegetables: Gently fold the crispy potstickers into the noodle and vegetable mixture, ensuring they are distributed evenly throughout the bowl.
- Serve the Dish: Remove the skillet from heat and carefully transfer the Potsticker Noodle Bowl into serving bowls.
- Garnish: Top each bowl with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds to enhance flavor and presentation.
- Enjoy: Serve immediately while the dish is hot for the best taste and texture.
Notes
- You can use any type of noodles you prefer, such as ramen, udon, or rice noodles.
- For extra flavor, add a drizzle of chili oil or a splash of rice vinegar before serving.
- If you want to make this dish gluten-free, use gluten-free soy sauce and noodles.
- Leftover potstickers can be pressed in the skillet for extra crispiness before adding to the bowl.
- Fresh ginger is preferred for the best flavor, but ground ginger can be a substitute.
