- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
- ยผ cup diced roasted red peppers (or sliced sundried tomatoes)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ยฝ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
- ยผ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Prepare Mozzarella: Add the mozzarella balls to a 2-cup mason jar or any jar with a tight-fitting lid to ensure the marinade will fully cover and infuse the cheese.
- Mix Marinade: In a measuring cup, combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, diced roasted red peppers, dried parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir well to blend all ingredients together.
- Combine and Shake: Pour the prepared marinade over the mozzarella balls in the jar. Seal the jar tightly with the lid and shake vigorously to evenly distribute the marinade around the cheese.

- Serve chilled or at room temperature as an appetizer or salad topping.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Substitute roasted red peppers with sundried tomatoes for a different flavor profile.
