Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the cubed chicken breasts and salt, cooking for approximately 10 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through. Once done, set the chicken aside.
- Steam the Broccoli: Place the bite-sized broccoli florets in a microwave-safe bowl with 1 cup of water. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave on high for about 3 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender but not overcooked. Drain and pat dry with a paper towel.
