Cheese Crust
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- ¼ cup red onion, diced (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking the pizza.
- Mix Cheese Crust: In a bowl, combine 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese thoroughly.
- Form Cheese Crust: Spread the cheese mixture evenly on a baking sheet to create the pizza crust base.
- Bake Crust: Bake the cheese crust for 10 minutes or until it turns golden and starts to crisp.
- Prepare Eggs: In a separate bowl, beat the 4 large eggs and season them with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add Eggs to Crust: Carefully pour the beaten eggs over the baked cheese crust, spreading evenly.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle the cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage, diced red onion, shredded mozzarella and cheddar (1 cup and ½ cup respectively), and red pepper flakes evenly over the eggs.
- Bake Pizza: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley or chives before serving.
